Field Coordinator

Tech Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Large-scale software maintenance & implementation of eCommerce application
  • Analysis and assistance in solving complex platform performance issues (front-end code analysis, back-end analysis, environment configuration, infrastructure architecture, etc.)
  • Ongoing co-operation with development team at all levels of coordination and quality assurance
  • Design and build an optimal integration layer with external systems and tools to support large-scale ecommerce: CRM, campaign management tool, ERP/SAP, payment gateways, and best practices in system integration and security
  • Address priority bug reports from our operation department Interact professionally with colleagues and end customers
  • Tactfully and diplomatically field questions you may consider inane from end customers
  • Buy time for questions you cannot answer while you pursue internal resources who can assist you in answering the questions

Experience:

  • Experience of software support, designing and developing in ecommerce application will get preferred. Also, qualified fresher may apply.

Additional Requirements :

  • Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, OOP, LAMP/LNMP Stacks, JavaScript and libraries ( jQuery/Angular), Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3(SASS/LESS)
  • Experience and knowledge of processes/best practices in software development and maintenance (continuous integration, automated tests, etc.)
  • Industry experience or background in technical support
  • Ability to work with partial information, and good judgment on when to ask questions and when to run independently
  • Ability to juggle multiple shifting priorities for a variety of tasks from small tweaks to major projects that could take weeks
  • Experience in building/designing integration layers (SOAP, REST, SaaS, ESB, etc.) with external systems
